IMPORTANT - Please note:
- All items are sent either Standard First Class Post (UK) or Standard Airmail (all Other Countries). To request specific shipping instructions please email us at orders@thevcs.com BEFORE making your order.
- Please ensure that you enter your name and address for shipping.
- Although we will ship your item within 48hrs of your order, we cannot guarantee any delivery time other than the average time specified by your country’s mail service. We aim to see that UK customers receive their purchases within 7 days & international customers receive them within 14 days.
- We are not responsible for any taxes or handling charges specific to your country. Prices only include packaging and shipping charge.
- We are not responsible for any items lost in the mail. We receive proof of postage from Royal Mail, UK for every item shipped. Customers can view proof of postage for their item(s) upon request.
